Born in Warren, Michigan, Derek Miller built a career focused on public service. He served as a Macomb County Assistant Prosecutor and later as a State Representative, where he worked on critical committees, including the Energy and Insurance, fighting to lower consumer rates. He also worked on and wrote monument legislation, including Wyatt's Law that protects our most vulnerable population.
Today, Derek leads D. Miller Law P.C., concentrating on Disability and Defense. He applies deep experience from both sides of the courtroom, known for his hard work and genuine care for every client. This is Derek's personal site.
